The market usually charges 990–3,990 ₽ to open a card and hides its markup in a rate you only see after paying. Ours is one rate, on the front page.

Top-ups from 1,500 to 50,000 ₽ each, at least $15 to the card. Up to 3 payments and 100,000 ₽ a day.

A few minutes

Three steps to a card

  1. 01 / 03

    Sign in and verify

With Telegram or email. Didit checks your passport and a selfie, then you add a +7 number. Usually a few minutes.

  2. 02 / 03

    Pay via SBP

One payment covers opening and the first top-up, from 3,490 ₽. The QR code or link opens in your bank app.

  3. 03 / 03

    Pay with your Visa

The card appears in the app: number, expiry, CVV and 3‑D Secure codes. The bot notifies you of every top-up.

What to pay for

?Where it worksVisa

The card does not work everywhere: some services check the account country, IP or billing address. Pick a service to see how to pay and where declines happen.

Bring a friend

Your friend gets −200 ₽ off opening, you get +$2

Share your link from the app. Your friend opens a card for 1,790 ₽ instead of 1,990 ₽, and $2.00 lands on your card once they do.

Common questions

How much does the card cost?

Opening is 1,990 ₽ once. There is no monthly or annual fee and no fee on declined payments. Top-ups use one public rate, shown on the site and in the app before you pay. See pricing.

What is the first payment?

At least 3,490 ₽: 1,990 ₽ for opening plus at least 1,500 ₽ for the card balance, paid in one SBP payment.

Which rate do you use?

One public rate: how many rubles $1 on the card costs. It is live on the site and fixed in your order before you pay. There is no separate top-up percentage on top; our fee is inside that rate.

Where does the card work?

It is a USD Visa card issued with a Singapore BIN, for foreign online services: subscriptions, AI tools, games, bookings. It does not work everywhere: some services check the account country, IP address or billing address and may decline. We are responsible for the card, not for access to third-party services.

What do I need to sign up?

An email, your passport and a selfie (checked by Didit, an identity verification service) and a Russian +7 mobile number. The card cannot be issued without the check.

What are the top-up limits?

1,500 to 50,000 ₽ per top-up, and at least $15 lands on the card. Up to 3 payments and 100,000 ₽ per day.

Is there a referral programme?

Yes. Bring a friend: they get 200 ₽ off opening, you get $2 on your card. Your invite link is in the app. Your friend has to sign up through it: their card then costs 1,790 ₽ instead of 1,990 ₽, and $2 lands on your card when they open their first card. If you have no card yet, the bonus waits and arrives with your first top-up. Rewards cover your first 50 friends; you cannot invite yourself.
